Not getting the XP for the Reaper Rewards event

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.185.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Bust the Dust and Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be online for the Reaper Rewards Event
What happens when the bug occurs? I completed all the tasks but including reading the Ambrosia society newsletter. After I completed all the objectives, I checked and it didn't give me the XP for the 'A call Away' that is worth 225 XP.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see both boxes for both challenges to be checked and to have the XP for both as well as having all the rewards for this week claimed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The event popped up and I was able to do all the things that were required but even though it checked off the reading the newsletter it didn't give me the XP points for it. I asked a friend and theirs did given them the XP when they completed it all.
After I did the steps of taking out that accountDataDB.package and put it back. It didn't work right away but it worked after. Only now a few items from CAS are missing. Like the athletic outfit that we were given as base game for free. Now it is just gone.
