Try moving this file to the desktop: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\accountDataDB.package
See if that gives you the option back to do them. The file will be recreated.
It didn't work :( it still shows the same amount of progress.
Could you post a screenhot of how it looks in the upper left corner of your screen ?
It actually might have worked. I was paying for a while then I got a pop up to start week 3 but I wasn't able to keep playing at the time so I'm not sure if my progress will update like last time. But it did give me the option to start!
Hopefully it works then next time you play.
