(I'm so sorry the website wouldnt let me put this in tech issues.) so when I open or close my sims game it does the not reponding with the white fade. It happens without cc or mods, but happens for longer with cc and mods.
LucyLovesMarvel Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also list the location of the Sims 4 user folder as the game sees it. Here's how to find it:

Sounds like your laptop's storage might be too full and it's struggling to start up the game

Yeah it saves when I close it, I save then just exit without saving cuz it works better.
LucyLovesMarvel What platform are you running the game on?
Even though you aren't getting the fade out, does the game save properly when you save or save and exit?
