Not So Super Efficient Baby Care
Ok, I just got up to level 10 in parenting! YIPPIE!!! OR so I thought. I have one toddler.. and he has three siblings.. aka infants... I got to do the supper Efficient baby care only once..! And this was all in the matter of 5 minutes and nothing had changed in 5 minutes. I got to use it on one infant but not the others when they started to cry... I may need the nanny to come back.. and I am about to have my next baby..
No this is not the 100 baby challenge, I am having or my sim rather is having babies to all the male sims.. well the popular ones like Feng... Goth [who has twins], landgraab, and now I am almost due with Father winters baby.,... HELP!

- @RavenLure Super Efficient Baby Care has a cooldown of 1 hour as I understand. So you can use it for one and then work on the other two babies. If you time it right, you can efficient baby care one baby, and then have the other two staggered so they don't come up crying at the same time again.
As for the Grim question, I don't believe so in normal gameplay. You can flirt with Grim and get a full romance bar, but he won't ever woohoo with your "friends" sim.
