Not Wearing Hijabs to Work

I know that this is probably more likely to be an oversight rather than a bug, but when my hijabi sims change into their work uniform they remove their hijabs and I find it really frustrating. Is the...

    @Fitzy2754 Use this cheat: sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas while the Sim you want to change is active.

    It's just for that Sim.

@crinrict does editing the career outfit change it for the whole save or just for that one sim? 
Also I don't know about other hats but I think things like glasses and piercings stay on
