NPCs All Wearing SW helmets or Bags on heads

Hello! In my game, the NPCs everywhere are wearing Star Wars Helmets or bags on their heads. I've tried clearing the cache. Any suggestions to try?

    If you have the Eco Lifestyle pack, try repealing the We Wear  Bags Neighbourhood Action Pack.

Several of my NPC’s and other Sims from my other households have bags over their heads. It’s quite annoying. I’m not sure why this is happening or what’s causing it. Please help!!!

    It's usually the we wear bags NAP. Do you have the eco pack ?
