    @EmeraldEyles This is true... sometimes It's helpful just knowing the cause, even if we delay applying the cure. 😉 Thanks for letting us know. Happy simming!

Issue is confirmed now. I just culled some of my Sims and the game is now spawning NPCs and running as normal. I guess running a household size of seven human sims and 11 cats was a bit too much.
