What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except for Journey to Batuu, Nifty Knitting, My First Pet, Fitness, Bowling Night, Kids Room, Bust the Dust, Country Kitchen, Throwback Fit, Courtyard Oasis
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When your sims are at their house, wait for sims in the neighborhood to walk by, they will be naked.
What happens when the bug occurs? Neighborhood sims walk by my sims house naked all the time. When one of my sims is outside when it happens they get the embarrassed, privacy invaded moodlet for 3 hours.
What do you expect to see? Neighborhood sims walking by my house with their clothes on.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
90% of the sims that walk by the house are naked. If I have my sims outside for example gardening, they stop what they are doing and get the embarrassed moodlet for seeing something they weren't supposed to and go back inside. My teenage sims was hours late to school because she saw a naked sim when leaving for school and it canceled the action.
