Nude mesh on cc

Okay so idk if it's a coincidence, but a LOT of my cc especially bottoms, have the weird nude mesh thing. If I zoom out to far from  my sim then they'll go nude depending on if they're wearing a certain item. Which then makes other sims have the "see what's happening" Reaction and it drives me insane! Any tips??

    @JessDsy I had something similar happen with my mermaid sim. Some of her clothes were cc, some where in game clothes. For some reason, all of her clothes turned to nude OR bathing suit (I do not not have mods that allow for nude anything!!) When I went to CAS, all of her clothes were there and when I exited CAS she was back to normal. When it came to the "see what's happening" reaction, she was the one that kept doing it even though nothing was happening. I closed the game, did a repair and since then it hasn't happened (yet) but it was really strange. I have also had a few other issue with this mermaid so she could just be a bit bugged...

    I'm not also sure if it's because my settings are changed. I have my objects and reflections set to low so that might be why, I'm not sure 🤷‍♀️
