occult cas details disappear after going back into live mode (console)

Every single time I add occult specific details to my vampire and spellcaster sims like teeth and eyes, they get set back to regular when I go back into live mode. This has been happening ever since the last update and it’s really aggravating that this isn’t in the newest patch.
