Hi. I cannot access the gallery, and it will not connect. It just keeps loading, and the screen doesn't change. I have a MacBook Air and the software is macOS Sequoia version 15.0.1. I deleted the local cache files and removed my mods to see if it worked. I also removed the tray file. I did all of that but nothing is working. If someone has any suggestions that would be great. Thank you.
Hi, I've been having this problem for about a week now where my sims game gets stuck on 'Attempting to Connect' when I try to open the gallery. So far I have tried (once having removed mods and cc); removing my tray, making back ups of everything and then repairing the game, restarting the EA app, restarting my computer, deleteing the local thumbcache, deleting the old The Sims 4 file and restarting the, making TS4 an exception on my security and antivirus, and pinging sims4cdn URLS recommended on other threads. I don't know what to do now, please help.

I have had this problem since yesterday. It was connecting and while playing the game, it started refusing to open the Gallery. I have been through the list of recommendations and nothing is working to resolve the issue. I've reinstalled the EA App, removed my tray, mods, and save files, repaired the game, and started a new Sims 4 folder. The EA App and The Sims are allowed through my antivirus, and I also turned it completely off and it still won't connect. I also tried pinging sims4cdn.
I am also having this issue. I've attempted to clear all cache from TS4 File and EA app, remove save files and mods, and even uninstall/reinstall the EA app and I still cannot connect. Wifi connection is good for the gallery's purposes.
Any help would be appreciated!hello so i've been having an issue with my sims 4 game. i opened the game today and clicked the gallery since I was going to move my sim out to a new house and the gallery keeps loading and loading and loading on the " attempting to connect " screen. i repaired my game and restarted multiple times. also, whenever I would repair my game, ea app would always crash but the repair still continues. i genuinely don't understand what's wrong. after getting annoyed by the attempting to connect screen, io just let it be and decided to choose one of the houses from the gallery that I saved to my profile. after I put it down and moved my sim in, I wanted to redecorate so I deleted an item and then I couldn't delete anything else afterwards. i have to press esc to the menu then I can delete one item once again then press esc again to delete something else. i don't know what's wrong with the game since this was working fine yesterday. this is my 6th gen on this save so it got me so annoyed. is there any way to fix this? repairing the game works but it crashes half way then the repair continues so I don't know what to do.
UP: I just repaired the game again after posting this message and the ea app didn't crash during the repair.Power went out while playing a couple days ago and I might of launched in offline mode or something once when the power came back on but I think it caused this problem to start where if I try to open the gallery and accept when it asks me to go online (Even though I should already be online) it tries to connect infinitely.
I've tried the EA App recovery, I've tried backing up and removing the Sims 4 folder entirely from Documents then running the game repair in the EA App and launching the game entirely fresh but the Gallery still gets stuck in this connection loop. What do?
