I've noticed the same a lot in my game recently. A few weeks ago the game spawned an ugly townie family, so I went into manage worlds to delete them and they weren't there. I had to just give them a makeover as I couldn't get rid of them. Think this has been going on since Paranormal came out, Guidry, Bonehilda and Temperence also don't show up in manage households for me
