One of my sims' makeup shows differently in CAS and in Live modes.

I do give my male sims very customized makeup to avoid their faces looking bland. My teen male sim, has a very faint makeup on in CAS but in live mode he has a full face on. It seems that the opacity slider somehow fails to register in Live mode. I found some reports with the same issue from 2021 but it says SOLVED and I am wondering why it is back suddenly. ONLY mod I am using is MCCC and nothing else, no CC nada. It suddenly started now along with Prom disappearing from the calendar AND restaurants being unplayable. These issues come and go and they usually happen when I am not using mods. Can someone please provide with an actual solution? I am uploading pics of my affected sim here and I am fine with sharing my save file if needed. Thanks.

    @crinrict Hello, thank you for responding. I just removed the MCCC mod (only one I had) deleted last erxceptions and localcachethumbnail and it is exactly the same. Only now restaurants are not functional while with mccc they are....I am on Windows 11 Home, MSI gaming laptop (intel corei5), launching through Nvidia app, no laptop mode, highest graphics settings, DX11

    hey did you figure this out? faint makeup is my go to especially for male sims - and i like using a slightly glossy lipstick and then turn the opacity right down so it looks just like lip balm. but all the make up is reverting back to full opacity - i’ve tried it on different saves too:( did you ever find a solution?
