downloading households and sims off the Gallery with negative household income

Hello,

This is not the first time that it happened that I tried to get base sims from the gallery and then had difficulty moving them into an empty lot because I didn't know that the Simmer who created one of them, doesn't know how to budget or use cheats.

My question why isn't there information about how much simoleons does a household have so that we can avoid the negative ones.

Also, FreeRealEstate On doesn't work for me.

Of course, I know to move a new negative income household into an existing one. But I had trouble with this one because there were 7 sims. I ended up moving them to a household with one sim in it. Go back to manage worlds and back to the lot that I originally planned to move those 7 Sims in. Then I went into CAS to find those sims and miraculously, move them into that lot.

But how do I avoid downloading sims from the gallery with a negative income?
