Origin Login Help

I have a question regarding downloading and playing. Specifically the Sims 4.

I have Sims 4 downloaded on my computer and I have been playing it for years. My little sister also plays it, on our Mom's computer and through her own Origin account, but my Mom's computer went kaput and she can't play anymore.

If my sister were to login to her Origin account through my computer, would she be able to play and access her previous data? Would any of my data be corrupted through the process? (she also downloaded it through a disk and I downloaded it digitally.)
