Outfits messing up in Adventure Awaits getaway

I am having an issue where my sims outfits are random or not working on a getaway - e.g. if I select to go into swimwear, it will be one of their everyday outfits instead. Or if my sim goes to bed, instead of switching into sleepwear it will put them in active wear. 

In the outfit selection it still shows that they are in the right outfit, however that outfit preview is now changed to a duplicate of a different outfit. It doesn't show any issues when I go into CAS.

I have no script or gameplay mods only CC.

It's super annoying as I really like the CAS and outfits I selected and want to use them during the getaways.

Any help appreciated.
