I think it just changes to that if you have any Sims with a business living on a residential lot. It shouldn't affect the living situation. You can't open a business on a lot it's not assigned to.

So just make sure you don't assign it here and don't have any public areas and then it's basically a naming issue (bit confusing but I dont' think it should affect gameplay).
