Pack selection option missing

My pack selection option in-game is missing. When you added this feature, it pop up and let me select packs I wanna play and now there is no such option when I go ESC menu or settings. It's all blank or missing.

So I cannot access almost all packs I have now, because I choose to play just few in past and now cannot select rest of them. 

I have done these:

Repair game in steam, EA app
Clean installation x 3
Check I have downloaded all game/stuff/etc packs 

No, I don't use any mods or CC.
