Soo I've tried reinstalling the game, deleting said file, deleted the EA Launcher Cache, reinstalling EA Launcher and Game and it still won't let me choose any packs I own. They are shown as owned in the shop site but when I hover over the selection it just says "This Pack ist not available". I wanted to return to the game after almost a year and seeing this is beyond disappointing tbh.
