All lots have been reset back to basegame/EA default

I just updated my game, October 30th, and directly after stating my game all my buildings and lots have been reset back to the EA default in the map. But when I load into a lot, there is nothing there except for the sims. All of my households remain unchanged so this issue seems to only have effected the lots. 

I need help getting this fixed since it would be heartbreaking to loose years and years of gameplay and building. 

I have cc and mods installed in my game but haven't made any changes for months except for updating a mod. I haven't touched the Sims 4 folder either. 

Would be grateful for any help or guidance from anyone who has experienced the same problems.
