Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

hello. i stopped playing the sims before origin became ea and recently redownloaded it again. i noticed all the packs i bought on origin werent showing up on the ea app. i go to manage add ons and theyre not there either. i tried repairing the game and that didnt work as well. i know im on the same account as my origin one because it says i have 410 gameplay hours. idk what else to do to get my packs back :/ anyone have any advice?
