I have tried everything (restarting, uninstalling & reinstalling, trying to look for my collection and unable to find it) and more. However, my Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy Expansion Pack and other games purchased the same time frame, are not uploading or showing once I start my game. I use the EA game on a PC.
Can someone please assist me with this.

Just to confirm, are those packs installed on the EA App under Library > The Sims 4 > Manage Add-ons? It might be worth clearing the EA App's cache and repairing the game through the EA App. Afterward, please check again if the packs are active under Marketplace > My Collection. If they aren't, you'll need to select the deactivated packs and click 'Confirm' to reactivate them.
