Paintings and autographs broken

Since the new update of August 19 I have a glitch with paintings and autographs I didn't have before. When you ask a celebrity to give you an autograph, it appears white in the inventory. It stays white even if you put it on the wall. Same for the paintings : when you put it in the inventory it will become white. The paintings are less impacted because if you put it on the wall, then drag it the pattern comes back. I thought only my current save had this issue so I created a new save and I have the same problem. I have no mods or CC, I repaired the game multiple times and still no improvements. I don't know if other players have this issue and if it can be fix with a new update.
