Paparazzi Are Ruining The Get To Work Expansion

I've never seen Paparazzi show up anywhere that didn't have a famous sim. Maybe one of your customers was famous? If it's a save you've been playing for a while, you'll likely have a NUMBER of them in the world.

As for the stealing thing, they either had the Klepto trait or you were in a neighborhood that had the "Sharing is Caring" ECO Lifestyle NAP. If you have multiple people stealing things, it's likely the NAP and not the Klepto trait.

NAPs are all severely broken and it's HIGHLY recommended to turn off NPC voting and repeal the NAPs until EA can get around to fixing the darn thing.

The problem with the famous person theory is that they would come in and steal stuff when no one else was there. I will check to see about the neighbor hood votes although its in the Magnolia district (the one thats shops only)so I don't even know if people vote on stuff there

  @HuhFaceSus Did the sims stealing have the tag "Paparazzi" above their names? Or were they just the same sim? If they actually had the tag, then that sounds like a completely different bug. There shouldn't be any sims with that tag above their names on a lot without a famous sim.
  
  If it was just the same sim that you've seen as a paparazzi but didn't have the tag, then it seems like its just a coincidence.
  
  Sounds like you have several bugs there. Paparazzi on a lot without famous sims, sims entering a closed retail store, and the broken NAP.
