This issues is about undoing the damage that was caused by the patch. They are not looking at clubs in general. You should post this issue to the feedback forum. Right now they are in "emergency" mode. They need to get this issue fixed ASAP.
I would say that that was also damage done by a patch and since they're actually looking at clubs right now which they broke further, that maybe they can actually fix them to where they were working when GT was released. /shrug. Me asking about that (which, incidentally, I did ask about in feedback several times) doesn't stop them from fixing at least this particular issue.
So I take it they were still broken (I haven't played in several months) and they broke them further.
If you haven't played in several months, how do you know if the problem still exist? And this break is much more serious than what you describe. In fact, I am not sure what you are talking about.
