People come to the vet clinic but stay off the property and do not come in. When I call them over they sometimes will come over but will not check in even when they can reach the check in podium. I’ve tried to reset the sims who are stuck off property but that does nothing.
I don't know if I can help you because I am a player who uses lots of mods in my game, and I know not everyone can or wants to use mods. A lot of my solutions to game problems are due to the mods I use. In any case, this may help you to understand a little of what's going on. When you're at a commercial property and sims congregate outside, it is usually because the game uses a queue type system to allow them in--one at a time. Generally the first 4 or 5 to arrive goes right in. After that, the game waits until it sees there is an open spot, then sends someone else in. How many finally gets in usually depends on how many are allowed on the lot (I believe it's set at 20). If 20 is already inside, no more goes in until someone comes out.
Now, if there's still less than 20 inside, and no one is going in, there's some kind of lag. If it's not caused by a mod or bad CC, then it probably is a game issue, Of course, the venue itself can be the problem. 20 sims may not be able to get inside, say, a very small bar or restaurant, and the game senses that and won't allow more inside (but for me, I usually find the others will just hang around outside chatting.)
