Pet Interactions Missing

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Growing Together, HS Years, Cottage Living, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to work. Packs: dream home Dec, realm of magic, parenthood, vampires, dine out, spa day. Stuff packs: paranormal, my first pet, toddler, vintage glam, kids room, romantic garden, spooky and holiday celebration pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have sim interact with pet.
What happens when the bug occurs? When sim goes to interact with dog, the pie menu is no longer showing certain interactions regardless of how high friendship level is. Missing things such as walk in pet care and the training aspect. Sim can also not interact with any pet training items such as the tunnel for example. I only recently discovered as I haven’t played with pets in game for awhile. Unsure when this bug began. Troubleshooting tasks I completed already include repair game in Origin, clearing out cache in sims folder, uninstalling game entirely and deleting all old files and reinstalling. Attached video is after reinstalling.
What do you expect to see? All interactions within the pie menu for pets.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

- @anxiousari Have you tested multiple dogs ? Still works fine in my game so it might depend on the traits of the dog ?
Did you delete the locathumbcache file after removing your mods/cc ?
