Photobucket violation for a sims picture of a mom holding baby

This is very strange, for some strange reason Photobucket said this screenshot of my sims holding her baby by the pool is violating their rules, they have removed it twice but now restored but to see it on my Photobucket account you have to click on the image they have place photo is unavailable. 

No answer why it was removed.

I have to click on the image to see it, it is still shareable, but this is crazy.
