How to remove Yellow framed item copies in CAS??

I don't even remember when it started, but at some point these copies of CAS items framed in yellow started showing up and it has gotten to the point where they have become very annoying and clog up the CAS selsction.

I read somewhere that they appear when you download Sims from the Gallery. But this seems to be a bug, right? Cause they are just copied items of already existing things. Mostly with a different color swatch shown in the item thumbnail but still with all the same swatches.

How to you get rid of them? (Also generally this seems like an issue that should not exist in the first place and will hopefully be fixed at some point).

As you can see in the screenshot it also say "From" when you hover over it, as if it were some type of collaboration. And they are also constantly marekd as new so in that way also messing up the "new item" tag.

This has been going on for years.
