@BTSislife7 All photos taken with the in-game cameras will end up in the screenshots folder except the game generated photos for both university and high school graduations and photos taken with HSY photobooth. There could be another of those type photos that I am forgetting but I think those are the only ones atm. Those photos that do end up in the screenshots folder includes those you take when you take a screen shot using the screenshot camera located at the center bottom of the screen in live mode, taken by your sims using any of the handheld digital cameras that sims can use and store in their personal inventories, the Moschino tripod with one of the handheld cameras attached, the GTW photography studio and the keyboard C shortcut which can be used in either build or live mode. You can't take a photo on the world map and world screens, Main Menu nor any of the loading or travel screen with the keyboard shortcut.
Any other photos, both full screen and snippets, have to be taken with the screenshot app on your PC or Mac. I'm not sure on the consoles but I think there is a way to take screenshots on all of the Xbox and PS consoles that the game can be played on as well. For PC, all of those photos end up in your Pictures folder or where you direct your pictures taken by the app to go. For instance, mine end up in my screenshots folder which is a subfolder within my Pictures folder. I'm not sure on where they end up on Mac as I use PC, but I think it's more or less the same.
So, in the game screenshots folder, you should only have photos from the game itself while in live or build mode. The only ways anything else can be there is if you move it there or if you another app that you've told to store them there. Again, the consoles may be different so they may place them in the same place but idk if that is how it works for those systems.
Regardless, to get rid of them if you don't want them there, all you have to do is more or delete them.
Hope this helps.
