Are you using the jungle gym ? This only works for the jungle gym.

I thought I was- I was using the monkey bars, which is what the graphic shows, but no. buying a pirate ship and using that fixed the issue.

  @agoak It's definitely misleading. A lot of people had this problem over the years.
