Please help! My game keeps crashing, and error 801 appears!

Could anyone please help me?

Every time I try to move my Sims into a new home, buy a vet clinic, or travel somewhere, my Sims games crash and error 801 appears. I'm instructed to relaunch the game. 

I have tried to repair and uninstall. I don't know what else to do. 

Please help 😥
