Polyamorous marriage tip

So I am currently trying to have a polyamorous sim for the first time and I was having a hard time getting them all married and I finally discovered a loophole. So in the sims you can only normally Marry one sim but if you turn on testingcheats true and then type cas.fulledit mode you can change the other sims relationship status to fiancé. I have not tested them actually getting married but when you exit cas they are engaged! I’m so happy I figured this out.

  • I figured this out a while back, though it seems that the topic I posted it in was deleted because I can't find it anymore. I won't say much since I don't want to waste too much time on something else that might just get deleted, though I will tell you what I saw in regards to marriages.

The "elope immediately" interaction always seemed to work no matter what, but the wedding arches were buggy. If you're trying to marry two sims with the arch and at least one of them is married to someone else, then the game gives a message basically saying that their partner isn't around and so the arch won't work. I'm not sure about the wedding pack since I don't have it, so if you have that you'll just have to experiment.

I do know another way to get the same results without cheats, but seeing as how I don't think it's an intended function I won't say since EA would probably patch it if they knew about it.
