Pop-ups @ Other Sims (Not Neighborhood Stories)

this is still happening. everytime I play this neighbourhood (live or vacation), there are still pop up relates to the cinema from unplayed sims.

this is the same as another issue I found with Spa Day face mask fridge (especially when playing with Getaway from AA) when an unplayed sims want to buy a face mask but there;s pop up for us to choose and pay for them.
