Portrait of Marriage in Sims 4

Why does the Portrait of Marriage have almost everything else but an African-American marriage? It has gay, lesbian, and Caucasian marriages but it's missing a few and one of those few is the African-American marriage just to name one. The United States is a melting pot with many cultures and races.
