Power keeps shutting off and won't cut back on

Okay, so yes I have mods, but I disabled them and it still happened. My power cut off when I left the house to go to work. There was no warning whatsoever. I just remember the first time it happened ...

I got a last exeption and it litterally said to just buy an new mailbox, so far it worked, i was so annoyed since my sims where in uni as well and needed power for the computer or their phones, the solution was so simple al this time
