Pregnancy Bug Still Buggin’
Even after updating the game on 7/16 to fix the pregnancy issue and even with repairing the game when the Try for Baby and Pregnancy test were still missing, the pregnancy state is still not working...

Prior to me doing that, could you clarify please?
In order for me to have a functioning game again, I have to:
- Remove my save files?
- Revert to a previous save file prior pre-patch?
No, you shouldn't have to. It should work but maybe a mod is still interfering so it's best to first try on a fresh folder/save
Once you have verified that, you can put your save back (best a copy) and test if it works that way.
If you already had a mess-up pregnancy in game, there might still be issues but I haven't been able to collect data on that yet.
Your save game is still safe and so is all your other content.
