Pregnancy cheat not working

So I play Sims 4 on Macbook and I don't have any game packs except for the free holiday pack. The pregnancy cheat will not work for me but every other cheat that I try works. What do I do?

    @Cl0udGam1ng The cheat was disabled.

    You will need twistedmexis allcheats mod for it to work.,
