Pregnancy problems

Hello, I recently downloaded the two latest expansion packs and the 150+ fix update after having not played the Sims for months. I just noticed that my Sims suddenly can't get pregnant? I've tried...

To be sure, you do have the option but the Sim never gets pregnant ?

Is it just this Sim or any ?
