Amirinsims I'm not sure what happens when the pregnant sim is at the hospital and goes into labor. Probably what they do elsewhere which is leave the lot when they reach 0 hour sometimes with a wall message, sometimes without. Also, they might do the same as an active sim who is at work which is to wait until the sim gets home at end of shift.

lol yeah you’re right. After the shift was over for my current sim, I wind up switching households and found that she finally had the baby. I just thought it was odd because she came to work having labor pains. I felt uncomfortable myself listening to her lol. I’m glad she had it though!
