Long time ago, but this is inaccurate of sorts. In order to get the Pro Athlete Degree, you need to Join the Soccer Team in University and do well enough that at Level 4 you have a chance to get a pop-up asking of you want to drop out of university to join the Pro Athlete Career. You can say yes and immediately do so, or you can say no and finish your other degree. Either way, once you get that "Do you want to drop out for a pro athlete career?" pop-up, you'll have your Athlete Degree.
