Problem with client in «  get to work «

Hello,

I have a problem with «  get to work ». There are a lot of people coming in my restaurant but only 2 or 3 are getting a table. Others are walking into the restaurant and do nothing else. Sometimes the hostess does not install clients at all. And have to close and open the restaurant 2 ou 3 times to finally have someone on a table. But only 2 or 3 persons. Others table are empty and hostess does nothing. 
 
I am playing on Xbox x. Could you help me ?
