Problem with interaction with the digital content

Hi. I bought a digital key for a product The Sims 4: Lovestruck - Pre-Order Bonus (DLC) EA App (PC) Key but in the game it doesn't work... the order number is [removed] The digital content appears in...

I just tested it in my game, there are no interactions with Herbert Heart plushie besides making it heirloom

it says in sims 4 when i googled it that you can interact with herbert heart. Maybe we must report this bug so as they can fix it

    this is just a clutter item. Where did you read that you can interact with it ? Do you have a link ? Maybe someone made a mod and that's what you saw ?
