Problem with my pre order of The Sims 4 For Rent

I received an email saying there is a problem with my payment for the new expansion pack for The Sims 4 For Rent. I need to speak to someone regarding this and to see what is going on. This happened with the last expansion pack also. Please could someone contact me and help me fix this mess. Thank you. M. Brown
