No one is forcing you to do anything. There's an optional button in CAS that you never have to click. No existing townies use the new pronouns (although I think a couple of them probably should). You never have to click that button and the game will work the way it always has.
With respect, that button is not for you (which you probably don't mind my saying because you don't want it). I do understand that you don't want it, but the people who DO want it REALLY want and need it. Just tell yourself that's those other people's button for those options that you don't need in your game and carry on as you always have and you'll only notice it's there if you misclick.

Sure, it's throughout the game, but with no existing Sims using the new pronouns, you'll never see it. It's also rare to see pronouned references to other Sims. I'm trying to think of when I last saw one. "Evangelize Vegetarian Benefits"? "Spirits fading away"? Either way, those will stay the same without a Sim in-game that uses the new pronouns.

And you and other are trying to force people use this feautre? Nobody is obligated to have this on game, the MUST implement an checkbox to disable this. They did with other many options, they must allow disable this also.
Stop making drama.
In my language pronoun is most useless thing that exists, its people that suggested this, isn't neither on language rules. Nobody uses this cringe "words" in

The only place you can set it is in CAS through a tiny button that you in no way are forced to click on. If you do not want to use the new feature it is quite easy to simply not use it. Since you have to specifically choose to use it there is no need for a way to disable it.
