I tried everything to get rid of it but nothing is helping tried to see if i got a mod in my game cause the problem tried to use chat ChatGPT still didn’t help, so i if ANYONE had this problem plz plz help me of how to fix this :)
Free build mode just means your budget is unlimited, probably because you entered build mode from manage worlds (or are not on your household’s lot). If you want to be limited to the household’s budget, play as the household and then enter build mode from live mode.
Elisa_0593 What exactly is the problem? Are you stuck in build mode and can't get out? Is your game crashing when you try to exit build mode? Or is it something else?

hey sorry for the late reply! Evertime i go into build mod it always puts me in free build mode where my household money would be its and unlimited sign and i dont have a mod in my game that is making it do that i checked i tried to turn it off in the cheats still nothing
Elisa_0593 How are you going into build mode? Are you going from the map screen or are you going there from live mode? As PipMenace said, if you go there from the map, you will always be in free build mode. If you want funds to be limited to the household funds available, you must go there from live mode.
if you are going to build mode from live mode and still get unlimited funds, then it sounds like a mod is doing this. How did you check for a mod causing you to go into free build? Did you run the game without your mods folder in The Sims 4 folder? If it does not happen when you do that, it's something in your mods folder causing it.
