Property Owner Bulldoze Lot Issue

Hello im posting here for awareness.

My household owned some properties i downloaded a lot from the gallery, saved, and closed the game I opened up my game again and it had reverted back to the old home, I thought that was weird but so i tried going into the world view and my game didn't load. I force quit my game and went back i and bulldozed the lot then tried going into world view my game did not load for a good 20 mins. This issue happened with AND without mods. Long story short i think something was wrong with the lot i downloaded from the gallery and I know for sure if you are a property owner do not bulldoze the lot and try to go to world view or exit the game, put down a room, if not itll mess up your game.
