purchased potions not in inventory even after repair

I bought a "need no one" potion and can't find it anywhere. I have no mods or any additional packs even added to my game, but it took my satisfaction points and can not be purchased again. It's not in my inventory, household inventory, fridge lol, or even placed in the world somewhere, I only have one sim in the household. I have restarted my computer and closed all running applications, went back into ea and repaired the game, and still isn't anywhere to be found... I need help please? I'm sacred to buy anymore potions and its really frustrating.... what else can I do?
