Quick interactions don't show up when you click on a sim or pet

I have to click on the category to have all the choices of interactions. Before we had quick options suggested outside all the categories. Started happening in my gameplay out of nowhere. Restarted the game and it's still bugged.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    • Have you checked if the game options maybe changed to traditional Sims menu ?
