Rain in a house

Can a sim shelter from rain under a roof with no sides (or only 3 sides), or must they be in a room completely enclosed by walls? I'm thinking of building an island living house which is partly open ...

@ArchAngel1294 Yes that will work quite nicely. ❤️ I have used this exploit successfully for my homeless (living on an empty lot) Sims especially since the Seasons EP was added.

You are totally right @EuphorialQueen for Island living and may be for one other world. There is however one small problem in other worlds @ArchAngel1294. In the winter time your sims might freeze to death when the don't have the right traits. But it can be nice playing with a Sim that has been frozen to death. 😉
